1. Where can I buy your products?
Printed versions: We ship printed coloring books only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Digital versions: Digital coloring books are available for download and can be purchased by customers worldwide.
Amazon: For international customers, our coloring books are available on Amazon. You can find the link here.
2. What are the delivery options?
For the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we use the Zásilkovna delivery service.
When placing your order, please provide the exact Zásilkovna pick-up point where you want your package delivered. You can find the list of pick-up points here.
Digital products are delivered free of charge via email immediately after payment.
3. I’m from abroad. Can I purchase your products?
Printed products are only shipped within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. If you're from another country, you can:
Purchase digital coloring books, which are available for download immediately after payment.
Purchase printed versions of our coloring books on Amazon. You can find the link here.
4. How will I receive digital products?
After completing your payment, you will receive an email with a link to download the digital coloring books.
If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us at coloringbymadeline@gmail.com, or use the form!

6. What should I do if I want to make a complaint or return a product?
If you received a defective product, please contact us at coloringbymadeline@gmail.com or or use the form and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded if they have already been downloaded (in accordance with § 1837 of the Civil Code).
